Based on the information submitted, the above mentioned addition cannot be approved for the following reasons: 1. It appears the intent is to create a three bedroom dwelling. However, the addition application indicates a total of four bedrooms. Please clarify. 2. It appears the floor plans are not to scale as required. 3. Please note that two sets of proposed house plans- are required for submission. Upon receipt of a submission, revised to reflect the above comments, this application will be considered further.
