Dear Joyce Beaumont:
Review of plans and other supporting documents submitted at
this time relative to the above - captioned project has !been completed.
Comments are offered as follows:
Any addition which does not increase the number of bedrooms but
which increases the living area by 1.5% or more; example, enlarging
living room, enlarging kitchen, adding a dining room, .requires that
SDS expansion area of.at least 50% or more be documented as available,
no closer than 100 feet to existing wells and /or watercourses..
Since your addition increases living space by 75% it falls into
this category.
Upon reveipt of a submission, revised to reflect the above
comments, this application will be considered further.
