In the event that the owner of Parcel 2 shall fail to pay his or her respective share within 30 days after demand, the overdue amount is hereby declared to be a lien against his or her property which can be enforced in the same manner as a judgment against said owner. e. Any overdue payments shall be assessed interest at the highest rate allowed by law from the date such payment is due to the date on which payment is received. In the event the Grantee has failed to make payment when due, said Grantee shall be assessed the cost of collection and legal fees of the Grantor. 5.
