A short EAF has been submitted as per SEQRA requirements and a negative declaration is in order since it appears that there will be no major impact on the environment. THEREFORE, based upon the above findings of fact, it is hereby ORDERED, that the application or appeal be and the same is hereby GRANTED, subject to the following: 1) The applicant shall obtain an approval from the Putnam County Department of Health, Division of Environmental, Health Sezrices, for the septic system; 2) The applicant shall obtain a Building Permit within 180 days from the signing of this Decision and Order by the Town Clerk; 3) Substantial completion within 12 months of the date of the issuance of the Building Permit; 4) A Certificate of Occupancy must be issued within two years of the date of the issuance of the Building Permit; and 4) Upon failure to comply with any of the above conditions, this Decision and Order will become Null and Void.
