The plans have been approved as per plans bearing this Departments stamp and dated March 4, 1993. The survey indicates that sufficient area exists to expand or repair the sewage disposal system, should it become necessary in the future. Department. 2. The area of the existing sewage disposal system, and its expansion area, must be maintained. 3. PAGE . 00'2 8160 Tabie Mesa Colorado Springs, Co. 80919 March 15, 1999 Clear Mr, ledges, After talking with you and Mr. Joel Greenberg; Town Planner, Putnam 'Valley, I have modified our plans to conform to a smaller percentage inr ease of floor space for a new structure, The sticking prim is trying to squeeze two decent size bedrooms into the plan (10' x 10'). As we discussed on the phone this morning, I would like to propose widening the foundation to 20 feet from 18 feet. The length of the house would still be 32 feet. This new outline would be 20 x 32 = 640 square feet. The present structure is 478 .square feet, so the increase would be 34 %. Please find enclose—d-Iff-e—new proposal. I hope thru this and further communications over the next two weeks we can get both the town and the county to verbally agree on a plan in preparation for the April Zoning Board meeting. I am handling the technical plans for her. Her name is Mrs. Victoria Yurus and she and her two daughters live at 75 Johnson Street, Putnam Valley. Up until two months ago we were using an architect, Mr. Yens Versland. We no longer are using his services.. He had proposed a one st, r odularto�e 26' x 42' to replace the existing structure. He latter -- told 'us that this �'riew structure .would . not be permitted because the septic system is less than 100' from her well. So we then went down -the path of replacing her existing structure with a new structure on the same approximate foundation outline.
