Thematter having-duly come on to be heard before a duly convened meeting of the
Board on the 2nd day of August 1990, and the facts, matters and evidence
produced by the applicant, the Zoning Inspector and interested parties having
been'duly heard, received and considered and due deliberation having been had,
the following are the
FINDINCS OF FACT:
A site inspection has. been made by members of the Zoning Board•of
Appeals. The subject premises are located in the R -L district with the
,.,...,:following .setback requirements: Front -'75'; Sides - 30'; and Rear.- 751; at
48' Hewitt Street, which is a Town Road, in a•filed subdivision known as Lake
Peekskill. The' applicants, have requested the above- mentioned variances in
order to remove the existing structure since it is not structurally adequate to
;supporL a;.second -floor addition.' The Board agrees that the replacement of this
i. �3k 'astructure 'would be ari 'improvement to the neighborhood. However, it is the
of ; the Zoning .:B.oard,., of Appeals to provide the minimum variances and "to
