Review of plans and other supporting documents submitted at this time relative to
the above - captioned project has been completed. Comments are offered as follows:
1. A letter from the Town of Putnam Valley Building Department is required
stating the legal number of bedrooms of the existing structure.
2. The location of all existing septic systems within 100 feet of your property
line must be shown on a plan. A tax map survey is sufficient.
Upon Receipt of a submission, revised to reflect the above comments, this
application will be considered further.
