The plans indicate that a two story 221 x 18' addition will be added consisting of a new kitchen on the first floor and master bedroom suite on the second floor. The existing kitchen will become a bathroom. All plumbing fixtures must be replaced or updated with water saving devices,. i.e., low flush toilets, restrictors for shower heads and faucets, etc. Approval is granted for sewage disposal only. Any other permits or variances required are the responsibility of the applicant and the jurisdiction of the Town of Putnam Valley. The existing septic tank, located under the deck, must remain accessible. Relocation of the septic tank is not necessary at this time, but eventual replacement must be outside the porch area.
