The plans indicate that the addition will be a second floor. The proposed addition is not considered by this Department to be an additional bedroom, or will it result in a potential increase in occupancy. A review of the survey indicates that sufficient area exists to expand or repair the sewage disposal system, should it become necessary in the future.
