Brewster, N.Y. 10509 Dear Mr. Morris, my name is Andrew O'Grady, enclosed is a copy of my survey and a simple layout of my house. You will find a drawing of the house at it's present state, and how we would like it to be when finished. When we purchased our home it was listed as a 3 bedroom house, however a small space was considered a bedroom off the kitchen. I would like to add a full size bedroom by changing our existing living room into bedroom #3. Mr. Morris, I do have a 1000 gallon septic tank that is shown on the drawing, but do not know where the fields are. We never had a problem with our tank, and would sure appreciate your help in this matter by adding new fields or moving a perfectly good tank as a last result. The proposal for the addition has been approved as per plans bearing the latest revision date of March 18, 1996 and this Department's approval stamp. Based on the information submitted, the above mentioned addition is approved with the following conditions: 1. The total number of bedrooms must remain at three without prior approval by this Department. 2. The area of the existing sewage disposal system, and its expansion area, must be maintained. 3. All plumbing fixtures must be updated with water saving devices, i.e., new low flush toilets, restrictors for shower heads and faucets, etc. Any other permits or variances required are the responsibility of the applicant and the jurisdiction of the Town of If you have any questions, please contact me at your convenience.
