Dear Mr. & Mrs. Matero:

I have received and reviewed the plans for the proposed addition to the above mentioned
residence.
The plans indicate that a 21' x 12' addition will be added consisting of a den and family
room.
The survey indicates that sufficient area exists to expand or repair the sewage disposal
system, should it become necessary in the future. Therefore, based on the information
submitted, the above mentioned addition is APPROVED with the following conditions:
1. The total number of bedrooms must remain at two without prior approval by this .

2. The area of the existing sewage disposal system, and its expansion area, must be
maintained.
3. All plumbing fixtures must be replaced or updated with water saving devices, i.e., low
flush toilets, restrictors for shower heads and faucets, etc.
4. Lot 37 and 38 are not contiguous, and are separated by a 6' x 99' parcel described as a
church walk. An agreement, or easement must be granted by the owner of this parcel, to
allow underground structure such as sewage disposal system to be constructed in this
area. A copy of this agreement must be received and accepted by this Department and
filed with (and records prior to the issuance of a building permit for the above
mentioned addition.

4. The deed indicates that lot 37 and lot 38 are one parcel. Also the residence is located
on lot 38 and the major portion of the sewage disposal system is currently located on lot
37. Therefore, expansion of the sewage disposal system on lot 37 is possible.
