As their architect, I am enclosing a copy of a letter from the Murphys which authorizes me to act on their behalf. Per your request, the enclosed plans show existing conditions and proposed additions. we wish to enlarge the existing common living space of the house (living /dining areas) and add a breakfast space to the kitchen. Of-the four current bedrooms upstairs, we want to forfeit the smallest one in order to enlarge the bathroom, which is now very tight, and we are not adding any bedrooms. In the basement beneath the enlarged living space we would liKe to install a sink and toilet, which would be the - :o:n1.y, add _t .The_.Si.te_P_l.a.d. shows .= the -.weLl .location_.. The plans have been approved as per plans bearing this Departments stamp and dated July 24, 1993. The survey indicates that sufficient area exists -to expand or repair the sewage disposal system, should it become necessary in the future. Therefore, based on the information submitted, the above mentioned addition is approved with the following conditions: 1. The total number of bedrooms must remain at three without prior approval by .._ Y 2. The area of the existing sewage disposal system, and its expansion area; must be maintained. 3.
