Permit PCDH No. PV 30 -85 Route 301,PV, TM 1 -1 -1 Proposed Subdivision Lot 1' As a result of dialogue relative to the above referenced parcel,I am hereby reiterating the comments (Nos. 14 & 15) contained in the February 26 1986 transmittal pertaining to a spring and stream evident in vicinity of lot 1 sewage disposal system (SDS) during Departmental field inspection; to wit: 1. (Item 14) Stream from spring appears to be less than the required 100 foot separation from the SDS. 2. (item 15) Fluctuating,;groundwater level indicates a curtain drain is required. 1 -You are Iielc y ncstifed �t- hatIdie issued permit is amended to mire a seven- foot ' deep curtain drain. In the event that it can be demonstrated that existing high �I groundwater level is greater than two feet below proposed trench bottom during a wet period this requirement may be waived by this Department.
