I have received and reviewed the plans for the proposed addition to the above mentioned
residence. The plans indicate that the downstairs will be renovated into living area and a
second story added for the relocation of the bedroom.
The house was originally a three bedroom dwelling and the addition will allow additional
living.area downstairs and still remain a three bedroom structure.
The residence is located on 8 lots and adequate room exists for expansion of the sewage
disposal system if the well is relocated.'
Therefore, the proposed addition is approved with the following conditions.
1. The residence must ,remain a „3 bedroom structure without -prior.. approval -by thi- s.,...
" - 'V6ep61troent.
2. Any further additions or renovations will require relocation of the existing water
supply and expansion of the sewage disposal system.
3. All plumbing fixtures must be replaced or updated with water saving devices, i.e., low
flush toilets, flow restrictors for faucets, showers, etc.
Approval is for sewage disposal only.. Any other permits or variances required for this
addition are the responsibility of the applicant and the jurisdiction of the town of
Patterson.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact me at your convenience.
Very truly yours

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Lacke:
I have received and reviewed the plans for the proposed
addition to the above mentioned residence. The plans
indicate that the addition will renovate the down stairs, and
wilL result in three (3) bedrooms being constructed upstairs.
The residence is presently a two bedroom dwelling and the
addition will result in one additional bedroom.
Any addition which is considered a bedroom required a formal
approval of plans, by this Department which are prepared by a
