The Certificate of Compliance was issued in June of 1980 for a two_ bedroom residence. The as builts indicate that 480 lineal feet of fields were installed. Based on an 11 -15 minute perc rate, 250 lineal feet is required for a two bedroom residence and 375 lineal feet for a three bedroom . •.... residence. .. . _ ... _ . ....... . . Based on this information, it appears the sewage disposal system is adequate for a three bedroom residence. Please submit a drawing of your floor plan, as it exists now, and a drawing of the proposed addition, for our review and approval. As we had discussed, we are scheduled to appear at the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on 9/19/90. Until yesterday we did not know that Board of Health approval was needed for this meeting and we had thought that the above mentioned letter in item #4 was all that was necessary.
