I have received and reviewed the plans for the proposed addition to the above mentioned
residence. The plans indicate that a 8' x 6" addition will be added to the north side of
the residence to increase the size of the existing kitchen and bedroom. Also a deck and
entry will be added,to the south east.
The addition will not result in the addition of rooms, only enlarging existing.
The sewage disposal area is located on the north west portion of the lot. Adequate room
appears to be available to expand or repair the system should it become necessary in the
future.
The well is located on the east side of the property.
Based on the above information the addition is approved with the following conditions.
1. The dwelling must remain a two bedroom structure.
2. The area available for expansion must be maintained for that purpose.
3. All plumbing fixtures must be replaced or updated with water saving devices, i.e., low
flush toilets, flow restrictors for faucets, showers, etc.
Approval is for sewage disposal only. Any other permits or variances required are the
responsibility of the applicant, and the jurisdiction of the Town of Patterson.
