X 12 ft., (16 X 12 floor plan/6 ft. X 12 ft. deck off master bedroom), recessing two feet on the front and back of the house. The primary purpose of putting an addition on the current house are as follows: 1. Additional closet space, which is currently extremely limited. I'would like to -add a walk -in closet in the master bedroom so we can access the current closet through the main bathroom, as there are currently no linen or storage closets. In bedroom #2, I would like to utilize the double closet space and eliminate the closet currently in. bedroom #3. 2. Expand bedroom #3, adding closet space and allowing for additional room for our children's computer. I understand the reasons you did not approve the first proposal.
