I spoke to you this morning on the phone in regard to getting your
stamp of approval on my house plans,
Attached is the floor plan that you had already stamped.
However the town of Patterson requires the stamp to be on a whole
set of plans.
You said on the phone you would stamp the plans if I brought
them, They are attached.
If you are not here I will leave them and pick them up next week.

No Increases in Number of Bedrooms

1 have received and reviewed the plans for the proposed addition to the above - mentioned residence.
The proposal for the addition has been approved as per plans bearing the approval stamp from this
Department dated Apri121, 2005. The addition is approved with the following conditions:
1. The total number of bedrooms must remain at one without prior approval by this
department.
2. The area. of the existing sewage disposal system, and its expansion area, must be
maintained.
3. All plumbing fixtures must be updated with water saving devices, i.e., new low
flush toilets, restrictors for shower heads and faucets, etc.
4. It is strongly advised that the stone well be replaced with a drilled well to improve the
protection of the water supply to the town.
Any other permits or variances required are the responsibility of the applicant and the jurisdiction of
the Town of Patterson.

Dear Mr. Troncom:
I have received and. reviewed the plans for the proposed addition at the above mentioned
residence. The plans indicate that the proposed addition will consist of the following:
Adding a second story loft.
Based on the information submitted, the above mentioned addition cannot be approved
for the following reasons:
1. The loft is considered a potential bedroom.

3. The addition of a potential bedroom requires this Department's approval. of a revised
septic system plan from a professional engineer.

have a professional engineer or registered architect design a sub - surface sewage treatment
system meeting present code requirements.

Dear Mr. Luke.
I received your letter of December 6, 2004 regarding the floor plan for
the house I hope to build to replace the existing structure at 6 Hanover
Road at Putnam Lake in Patterson. (A copy of that letter is attached)
In short it says you would not continue to review my building plan
because the Town of Patterson had a moratorium on construction. I have
since contacted the Town of Patterson and I was informed that the
moratorium has been lifted as of April 3, 2005.....
Please let me know if you can continue reviewing my planned
reconstruction and if not what steps are necessary for me to have you do so.

Dear Mr. Luke.

Enclosed are two copies of a revised floor plan of the intended
house. The second floor loft has been removed from the plan.. The structure
will contain just one floor with a vaulted ceiling throughout.
Please let me know if any other revision to the proposed floor plan. is
